We make t-shirts for people who live with diabetes and the people who love them. Not awareness merch. Not inspirational-poster energy. Actual clothes with actual jokes that land if you get it.

Why Loud Sugar?

Diabetes is loud. The alarms, the appointments, the carb math at every meal, the questions from people who mean well but really don't get it. We figured the clothes should be loud too.

Every design starts from the inside. CGM tan lines. Endo-visit bingo. The specific kind of exhaustion of explaining a low in the middle of a conversation. We put the jokes on the shirts so you don't have to explain them.

Who We're For

T1D. T2D. Diabetes moms and dads. Partners and siblings who have quietly become carb-counting experts. Anyone who has said 'it's complicated' when asked to explain their pancreas.

The Rules We Operate By

We punch at the disease and the system, never at the person. No stigma, no blame, no body stuff. Every design gets tested against: would someone with T2D feel welcomed here, or pointed at? If the answer is the second thing, it doesn't ship.
